China, a country
which has more than $7.2 trillion GDP and has become the second economic power
in the world, people generally think that China has the fastest growing economy
in the world. Chinese government pays a lot for these development. However,
Chinese were lost some freedom and human right. As a Chinese I know that but I
do not have courage to attack in speech or writing my government, but in China
there have a person who have courage to pointed out the mistakes of the
government. He is Ai Weiwei.
12 May 2008, a
huge earthquake happened in Sichuan province many people died in this
earthquake at the same time many children died too, but the government did not published
the real the number of deaths children. Then Ai Weiwei decided to record the
number. In this research he meet a lot of dangerous and this project continued
two years. Finally all of these researches become a giant list on the wall. Why
Ai Weiwei did this? Because he want to use his own way to fight with the
society and he want influence more people to change the society and his
country.
Ai Weiwei is not
“Ai god” he just a week person in this society, but the world need some who
like Ai Weiwei, not just in China even in some developed countries also need
people like him to say something for general public.
